Your time at Deakin begins with Orientation. It's your chance to explore your new campus, meet your course coordinators, learn about our culture and community and make friends. We can't wait to meet you and welcome you to Deakin!

Are you ready for Orientation?
- Once you're enrolled, you'll receive your tailored Orientation program via your Deakin email.
Your key sessions and events
Your Orientation program includes the following essential sessions and events. In addition to these core sessions, there will also be many more informal opportunities for you to meet people, make connections and get involved.
Your course information session
This session will introduce your area of study, course structure and the teaching teams you will be learning from.
Our learning systems
This session will explain Deakin's introducing your digital and physical learning environments and help you get set up for study.
Support services
This session will introduce the support available to you, such as disability support, study support, health and wellbeing, and careers.
Career services
It’s never too early to start thinking about your career: learn about the resources available to help you build your skills and experience.
