Global Experiential Learning (GEL) programs generally run for 2–4 weeks, twice a year over the June/July inter-trimester break and during Trimester 3.

Eligibility

To participate you must have a minimum Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 60 unless otherwise stated. Some discretion may apply to this requirement. If you have a question about eligibility, please email us at gel-abroad@deakin.edu.au.

Travel grants

New Colombo Plan (NCP) grants are available for eligible, domestic, undergraduate students. These grants are limited and will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis.
