Your Deakin Card is your student ID card. You can order your Deakin Card as soon as you have accepted your place at Deakin and enrolled. All students require a Deakin Card, even if you are studying online.

You will need your Deakin Card to:

• print on campus
• borrow from the library (on campus or online)
• access buildings after-hours
• confirm your identity at exams.

To order your Deakin Card online simply complete the Deakin Card ID form. You are required to upload a digital, passport-style photo, and your card will take 1-2 weeks to arrive via post.

Alternately, you can obtain a Deakin Card when you visit a campus. This may be more convenient: we’ll take your photo and you will receive your card on the spot.
