Select 'calendar' on the top right of your screen.
At the top left of your screen, click 'new event'.
Name your booking in the 'event' line – something general such as ‘study session’ is fine, you do not have to use your name.
On the 'attendee' line, invite a learning pod to your booking by clicking the + symbol
To the left of your screen, in the 'search people' box, type any of the learning pod room numbers: JB2.010, JB2.011 or JB2.012.
Click the magnifying glass symbol and then select your room from the list by clicking +. You may also like to add classmates as additional attendees at this stage.
Once you have added a learning pod and any other required attendees, click 'OK' on the top left of your screen.
Finally, click 'send' and check your inbox for an email advising you if your booking has been accepted.
Here are some extra tips
Use the 'scheduling assistant' at the top of screen to check if your desired time is available before submitting your request.
If your booking is declined, someone else might be using the room at that time. Try a different learning pod or alter the time and/or date.
When you arrive at your booked learning pod, select 'confirm' on the touch screen.
You can also make on-the-spot bookings using the learning pod touch screens.
