The University takes student complaints seriously. The following information is designed to give you access to the University complaints and appeals processes

Do you have a complaint?

Standard 8 of the National Code is designed to ensure that international students have a fair, inexpensive complaints and appeals process that includes access to an independent external body. Providers are required to make prompt decisions as a student's visa will restrict his or her length of stay in Australia.

The student complaints website provides students with all the information they require to access the University's complaints processes.
