Content
This unit is concerned with the development of practical skills required to deliver individual and group-based interventions within the workplace. These skills include collecting and integrating information, then selecting and implementing appropriate intervention strategies. Interviewing and counselling skills will also be developed. Intervention strategies and skills to be learnt relate to topics such as team building, health promotion and bullying and harassment.Assessment
Examination (2 hours) 50%, evaluation of in-class activities 20%, assignment (1500 words) 30%
