Content
This unit focuses on the health concerns and experiences of adolescents and young adults positioned within various sociocultural categories such as indigeneity, ethnicity, gender, sexuality and disability. Theories of difference within and between social categories will be considered in order to understand individual health and wellbeing, the role of schools and health/community organisations, and the implications for health promotion.Assessment
