Content
Sentencing outcomes are delivered in approximately 400 000 cases per year throughout Australia. The law in this area is complex and changes rapidly as a result of developments in criminological research and community expectations. This unit will provide students with an understanding of sentencing law principles and practices across Australia.Assessment
