Content
The unit examines techniques and strategies applicable to the marketing of sport as well as marketing through sport. The unit will focus on sport as a service and the unique characteristics of the sport product, the sport consumer, and hence the sport marketing mix. A special emphasis is placed on customer service and retention. A key learning outcome for students will be the development of a strategic sport marketing plan.Assessment
