Business Process Management provides foundation knowledge about the operational level of business activities and prepares students to develop professional careers in industry, government, and the not-for-profit sector. It incorporates a consideration of the role of Information and Communication Technology in supporting business processes and an introduction to enterprise systems and how they can automate procurement, fulfilment and production, and the integration of these processes.
Presentation 10%, written assignment 2000 words 40%, examination 3 hours 50%
