All students must have passed 12 credit points.
Students will on average spend 150 hours over the teaching period undertaking the teaching, learning and assessment activities for this unit.
1 x 2 hour classes, 1 x 1 hour seminar per week
11 x 2 hour class (recordings provided) + 11 x 1 hour online seminars (recorded)
This unit provides an advanced understanding of various change management models within a sustainability framework. The unit takes a critical approach to the drivers of organisational change and the process for managing change while ensuring business sustainability.
Demonstrate a sophisticated and nuanced understanding of theoretical frameworks, key concepts and contemporary human resource and management issues associated with organisational change.
