Content

The global economy has redefined the dynamics of competition for modern organisations, with product life cycles shortening and competition being fierce. The unit examines the supply chain management (SCM) business models, performance with metrics, as well as eBusiness, business analytics and artificial intelligence technologies, that organisations need to meet these challenges. The unit covers the environmental and social responsibility concerns of customers and governments which are affecting modern supply chains.
