SRV799 Integrated Project Managementisthecapstone unitfor the Master of Construction Management (Professional) and thereforeaims to integrate and put into practice all theskills and knowledgegained throughout this course within the context of project management for construction.This unit involves extensive management ofaproject from initiation to demolition including consideration of sustainability, economic, regulatory, community,and social objectives.The unit uses a case study approach tothecollaborative nature of built environment projects in a global industry.
