Students will on average spend 150 hours over the teaching period undertaking the teaching, learning and assessment activities for this unit.
1 x 2 hour class, 1 x 1 hour seminar per week
Online independent and collaborative learning activities including 11 scheduled online seminars
This unit aims to give students an understanding of the Australian property law system including: the historical basis of the system, ownership models, Native title, property law concepts, and rights and interests that impact property.
On completion of the unit students should be able to:
Research and identify pertinent laws impacting on real property ownership in Australia.
