Students will on average spend 150 hours over the teaching period undertaking the teaching, learning and assessment activities for this unit.
1 x 3 hour class and 1 x 1 hour seminar per week

The unit aims to introduce students to areas of law which, together with contract, regulate commercial relationships and facilitate the conduct of various commercial transactions. Topics include:

Acquire and demonstrate a satisfactory understanding of all relevant Commercial Law topics including Agency, Sale of Goods, Transfer of Property, the Australian Consumer Law and Personal Property Security.
Use a range of digitally-based technologies to locate, evaluate and disseminate information on commercial law issues
