Weeks 1 - 5: 1 x 2 hour online content per week (recordings provided), 1 x 1 hour seminar per week, weeks 6-11: 1 x 3 hour studio per week

Content

In a world where products are developed inside 3D virtual environments more being physically created, the ability to use high level programming and 3D visualisation is becoming more important.
This unit develops skills in programming with a focus on model/environment using a 3D simulation package.

Report

Based on a rubric, a 10 page report detailing how the project was put together, the methods used and a reflection on the development process.

Students are also required to include the documented source code for the project.
20% Week 12

The assessment due weeks provided may change. The Unit Chair will clarify the exact assessment requirements, including the due date, at the start of the teaching period.
