Study commitment | Students will on average spend 150 hours over the teaching period undertaking the teaching, learning and assessment activities for this unit. Content
This unit introduces students to vitiating factors that can result in avoidance of a contract, including: misrepresentation; misleading or deceptive conduct; mistake; duress; illegality; undue influence; unfair terms; and unconscionable conduct. This unit also covers performance of a contract, termination of a contract by agreement, for breach and by frustration, as well as remedies available at common law and in equity for breach of contract.
