Content

Engineering is intellectual and practical. It begins with understanding social needs, conceiving solutions and predicting how they will work and then coordinating lots of people to deliver solutions on-time, safely and within predicted costs. In SEB723, you will develop systematic project management approaches and methodologies and apply that in developing an engineering project. You will develop skills to manage interactions within an organisation and among functional areas to scope, plan, manage, and control to achieve desirable outcomes and report on progress and performance. This will enable you to analyse an organisation’s approach and processes in managing engineering projects, as well as apply project management skills in effectively managing your own project.
