S776 - replace with SIT737 or SIT722, or elective if students have already completed one of these options.
STP700 for any students who have already completed SIT737 or SIT722 who particularly want to explore Enterprise Application Development.

Students will on average spend 150 hours over the teaching period undertaking the teaching, learning and assessment activities for this unit.

Building upon knowledge and skills gained in SIT725 Applied Software Engineering, this unit explores the application of technical IT skills in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications. On completion of this unit, students will be able to identify key aspects of enterprise applications and gain practical experience in the use of technologies for the design and development of effective enterprise applications.


Hurdle requirement

To be eligible to obtain a pass in this unit, students must meet certain milestones as part of the portfolio, and must achieve a mark of at least 50% in the examination.
