Overview

Transform your passion into a career as a sport reporter. Deakin’s Sport Journalism major takes you beyond the game to the broader business, and legal and ethical issues associated with sports. You’ll combine practical journalistic and production skills across all news media platforms, from print to podcasts and video and the web, with studies in sport management to understand the sport system and the social and cultural impacts of sport, and issues relating to governance.
