Students will on average spend 150-hours over the teaching period undertaking the teaching, learning and assessment activities for this unit.
This will include educator guided online learning activities within the unit site.

Scheduled weekly online learning experiences will involve the use of Zoom to deliver: 1 x 1-hour online lecture and 1 x 1-hour online seminar per week
This unit examines current issues and trends impacting workforce supply, well-being staff development needs. It explores contemporary theories and frameworks informing professional learning and development, and how this can be aligned productively with strategic change and planned improvement. The unit investigates the development of professional learning communities and issues and approaches impacting a culture of sustainable continuous improvement. It examines approaches to supporting staff development and well-being through professional and community networks
