Content

This unit focuses on the concept of risk, return and capital allocation in equity markets.  Students will be introduced to modern portfolio theories, asset pricing models, valuation of securities and portfolio performance evaluation.

Hurdle requirement

Hurdle requirement: Achieve at least 50% of the marks available on the end-of-unit assessment to evidence a minimum proficiency in the aligned finance discipline learning outcomes included in this unit.
