Students will on average spend 180 hours over the trimester undertaking the teaching, learning and assessment activities for this unit. This will include online content, independent learning, online problem-based exercises, and peer-interaction and discussions

This unit is part of the MBA (Global) program and is restricted to online international students who reside outside Australia. Students must be currently enrolled and completing the one-year Postgraduate Program in Management offered by IMT Ghaziabad via upGrad in order to enrol in this unit.

Content

This unit is focused on the application of the theories, concepts and tools required to implement strategies in organisations. It addresses strategic choices and the necessary strategic capabilities required implement the strategies and achieve organisational growth.

Hurdle requirement

Hurdle requirement: Achieve at least 40% of the marks available on each assessment to evidence a minimum proficiency in the aligned discipline learning outcomes included in this unit.
