Content

Human Resource Analytics will provide students with data analytics skills, knowledge and capabilities to effectively organise and manage various human resources functions within organisations. Students will be introduced to the key concepts and theoretical underpinnings for Human Resource Analytics and opportunities to explore complex Human Resource data to develop their decision-making skills. Students will further enhance their understanding of the strategic value of HR Analytics for organisations to meet current workforce demands and to forecast future demands.
