Content
This unit provides a general introduction to the study of employment relations. The system of workplace governance under the Fair Work Act 2009 is considered, as well as the role of trade unions, employer associations, collective bargaining processes, and the various laws pertaining to contracts of employment, equal opportunity and workplace health and safety.
