Content
This unit focuses on the management of dynamic change within organisations by utilising a strategic lens and focusing on a number of critical real-world Organisation Development (OD) and Change Management (CM) topics. Drawing extensively from OD and CM literature, the unit introduces a range of models, tools and methodologies that can be applied immediately within participants’ organisations, to facilitate the successful implementation of change initiatives. The critical and strategic role of human resource management in managing the often overlooked ‘people’ side of OD and CM is also explored in detail throughout the unit.
