Content
This unit provides students foundation-level skills and knowledge of logistics and operations management; and demonstrates how their application can help business organisations to remain competitive in an increasingly challenging global marketplace. Topics include: value chains and strategic perspectives, sustainable supply chains, demand forecasting and capacity planning, managing inventories, resource management systems, process & quality management and related topics.
