Content
The SRE270 unit explores macro and micro economic concepts and theories as they apply to the construction and property industries. In this unit, students will learn about economics, economic activities and policies and their impacts on the construction and property industries, market and trade efficiency, demand and supply, and factors of production (including entrepreneurship, capital, labour, and land). In addition, students will
develop skills and knowledge about business planning and project evaluation.
Hurdle requirement
To be eligible to obtain a pass in this unit students must achieve at least 40% in the Individual report 2.
