Content
In this unit you will be required to analyse architecture through drawings and other representational means as a visual language which reveals design intentions and visions. Through the introduction of qualitative research methodologies, the unit will present you with methods to read drawings critically, unravelling the dynamics between thinking and drawing as a circular and continuous process. Exemplar architects and drawings are analysed to enable you to develop an understanding of the richness of visual language and complexity of design thinking in architecture.
