Content

SRV799 Integrated Project Management is the capstone unit for the Master of Construction Management (Professional) and therefore aims to integrate and put into practice all the skills and knowledge gained throughout this course within the context of project management for construction.  This unit involves extensive management of a project from initiation to demolition including consideration of sustainability, economic, regulatory, community, and social objectives.  The unit uses a case study approach to the collaborative nature of built environment projects in a global industry.
