This deferral form is for domestic students only. Deakin normally allows you to defer the commencement of most courses for up to two years.

If you have already enrolled in your course, you will need to go through the process to Intermit your course to delay the commencement of your course. Do not submit this form if you have already enrolled in your course.

As some courses do not have intakes at every trimester, you may be limited in which trimester you can commence your studies.

Please complete this deferral of offer form within 5 days of receiving your offer. It takes approximately 7 working days to process your deferral, although during peak periods, it may take longer.
