Leading people through major digital projects

This masterclass provides you with the skills needed to lead teams, or a whole organisation, through a major digital initiative. It provides an applied learning experience, with students navigating through the first 90 days of leading a digital transformation.

Over a series of sessions, experience the highs, lows and common pitfalls of digital transformation projects and develop the ‘digital leadership’ skills required to deliver a successful major digital project.

You'll be exposed to real-life scenarios, panel discussions with seasoned digital transformation experts and frameworks, which have been successfully applied in practice.

You’ll be equipped with the knowledge to articulate what a digital transformation means, as well as the expertise to identify opportunities and establish transformation agendas within their own context.

Presenter: Mark Cameron

Mark has been in the digital strategy and transformation space since the lat-90s and has worked with companies such as SAP North America, GSK, Australia Post and Telstra. He is currently the CEO of W3. Digital, a consultancy that specialises in enabling and leading digital transformation initiatives.

Mark has worked on a vast array of digital and customer-focused projects, including political elections, global brand strategy, innovation strategy, transformation initiatives and digital product development.
