Biography
Ms Kathy Grigg is a non-Executive Director on company boards in a range of industries, including financial services, agri-business and health. Her current roles include Director of GrainCorp Limited, Suncorp Portfolio Services Ltd and Navy Health Ltd. She is member of the Audit Committee of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and has served as a member of the Audit Committees at the Department of Treasury and Finance and the Department of Environment and Primary Industries. She was previously Director of Australian Pork Limited, Chair of PorkScan Pty Ltd, Global Director Finance and Administration for The Woolmark Company/International Wool Secretariat and Australian Wool Corporation.
Kathy is a fellow of CPA Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Kathy is a Deputy Chancellor, Deputy Chair of the Chancellor's Advisory Committee, the Honorary Degrees Committee and the People and Culture Committee, and a member of the Investment Committee.
