Biography
Andrew (Fenghao) Wang is a Lecturer in the Department of Management. He received his PhD from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2022. Andrew’s research aims to understand various phenomenon in a team context, with a focus on within-team social hierarchy, team members’ affective feelings, and their voice behavior. His work appeared in Personnel Psychology.
