Biography
Nathan is Lecturer in the Deakin Law School. His research is in general jurisprudence and the philosophy of law, and he has also published on questions in public law. Prior to joining Deakin, Nathan read for the DPhil at the University of Oxford. He also holds a BCL from Oxford and an LLB/BA from Monash University. He was Associate to Justice Gordon in the High Court of Australia in 2019-20, and previously worked at the Supreme Court of Victoria and in private practice.
