Yolanda is a recent PhD graduate of Deakin University’s School of Architecture and Built Environment. Over the past decade, she has developed an extensive teaching expertise across design disciplines both in architecture and urban design. Yolanda is a core member of the Planning, Urban Design and Landscape (PUDLA) course team and the Architecture course team, and has been involved in developing a number of units involving interdisciplinary practices.

Yolanda has industry experience in the areas of urban design and strategic planning and has worked on several key visioning projects across Victoria in both regional and metropolitan contexts. Her research expertise is centred on the development of projected built form permutations for future urban growth.
