Werribee Learning Centre

The Werribee Learning Centre offers study spaces and support services for Deakin students, as well as vocational training programs delivered by The Gordon TAFE, one of Victoria’s largest regional TAFE institutes.

In a convenient central location, the Werribee Learning Centre gives you access to the study facilities you'd find at one of our campuses, without having to travel. All Deakin students can access the learning centre – whether you're a school leaver or mature-age student, full or part time, studying online or at a campus.

Additionally, a suite of accredited courses is offered at the centre by The Gordon TAFE.


The centre provides a range of facilities to meet your study needs, including state-of-the-art study spaces and access to Deakin’s online tools and systems.

Getting there

Public transport

Werribee train station is a short 350-metre walk from the learning centre. The train station is serviced by the Werribee line, as well as numerous bus lines.


By car from Melbourne, the learning centre is about 30 minutes away, depending on traffic. You can park your vehicle in surrounding streets and car parks close to the Werribee Learning Centre.


Werribee has great bike paths and bike lanes – the Federation Trail and Werribee River Trail are two highlights and, if you're really keen, you can ride all the way from Melbourne's CBD.
