Leeds felt like a city full of stories, with beautiful old buildings, busy streets and weather that changed every five minutes – LITERALLY! My days at the International Summer School were never boring, we learned in class, went on excursions and explored the city together. I made friends from all over the world and our weekends were filled with long walks, shared food, laughter and spontaneous plans I will always remember fondly.

When I first heard about the Leeds International Summer School, it immediately piqued my interest. After learning more about the program from my mentor, Stephanie, I knew it was an experience I did not want to miss. I had previously attended an Oxford summer school independently, but this course offered something completely different. The classes were highly interactive and included outdoor activities, which made learning exciting and enjoyable. I am incredibly glad I took this opportunity to challenge myself, grow and try something new.
