Looking for a way to recharge between classes, assignments and everyday commitments? Experience Deakin's Audio-Guided Forest Therapy Trail at Waurn Ponds and discover a new way to support your wellbeing through nature.

Using your phone and headphones, you'll follow a series of guided audio prompts designed to help you slow down, be present and connect with the natural environment. Complete the trail at your own pace, whenever it suits your schedule.

As part of a Deakin research project, participants will be asked to provide consent and complete a short pre-survey before accessing the audio guide.

Location: Forest Therapy Trail, Waurn Ponds Campus
