Professional photography
Reed Events offers professional portrait and event photography. Prebook your portrait session to receive a complimentary portrait session with the photographer valued at $20. Sessions are scheduled on a 'first-come, first-served' basis with no set appointment times. Our studios open two hours before the ceremony and reopen immediately afterward.
During your session, our skilled photographers will capture multiple shots of you and your family. Please note that a portrait session order does not include prints or digital images. You will be able to view and purchase your photos online within 48 hours after the graduation ceremony.
Stage photography
Capture the moment on stage as you receive your award. Our professional photographer will take a candid photo of every graduate with the university academic.
Prebook your stage image package for $65 (normally $75) to receive a 15cm x 20cm print and a digital copy available via the Reed Events app. After the ceremony, simply claim your image through the Reed Events app. Download the Reed Events app on the Apple Store – IOS or Google Play – Android.
Video recording of ceremony
Capture the memories of your graduation for years to come with a professionally recorded video of the entire ceremony. Our professional videographer captures the formal academic procession, speeches and each graduate crossing the stage. After the ceremony, you can confirm and download your pre-booked stage video via the Reed Events app. Download the Reed Events app on the Apple Store – IOS or Google Play – Android.
Commemorative rings
Celebrate your achievement with a Deakin University graduate ring. Pre-order your custom ring before graduation day to commemorate your special moment. By pre-ordering your ring, you are eligible for a special discount.
