Microsoft Teams is the endorsed file storage and collaboration tool for Deakin. It empowers teams to share files, data, news and resources.

Available in desktop and app versions for both Android and IOS, Team is accessible as a:

• downloadable desktop application
• phone application
• online browser-based application.

Teams can be used to:

• host meetings or make calls
  
• chat with members of your group
  
• centralise and share files
  
• collaborate in secure working spaces
  
• access Outlook calendar
  
• access Viva Engage.
  

Teams groups have a SharePoint back-end, which means you also have access to:

• document libraries
  
• content pages
  
• other SharePoint features.
