Pre-placement documents

Before you commence placement, you will need to have a valid Fit2Work police check, Working With Children Check and completed Pre-Placement Occupational Risk Checklist. Find instructions about how to complete these forms here (PDF). A 2026 Hand Hygiene Certificate and an Anaphylaxis Certificate are also required. Please refer to the commencing Student Guide for further details. All documents must be completed by 27 February 2026.
