Social Work Intensives

This form is for making an application for Special Consideration for a social work intensive only.

Special Consideration is governed by the Assessment (Higher Education Courses) procedure.

Information about Special Consideration

Please note the following before making an application:

If you are applying for multiple units of study, please submit a separate application for each UNIT you wish to have consideration for. Similarly, you will need to submit a separate application for each item if applying for more than one assessment task in a unit.
Applications must be submitted within 3 University working days of the assessment being due to be considered.
Granting of Special consideration does not automatically entitle a passing grade for any assessment or unit.

Any documentation submitted in a language other than English must be accompanied by a certified translation.

Applications without independent supporting documentation will not be considered. A statutory declaration may accompany your application but is not sufficient in itself.
