Deakin Business School students with finance, property and real estate skills

Apply for the PropConnex Case Competition - tackle real world challenges

PropConnex a Sydney-based nonprofit, offers an exciting opportunity for Australia's top tertiary students. This unique competition allows students to tackle real-world business challenges, expanding their skill sets while connecting with senior business leaders. The competition replicates real world, large-scale property challenges that graduates in finance, construction, planning and design will face beyond graduation.

Students in teams of up to six collaborate over ten days to submit an Excel-based proforma, presentation and a final analysis of the property brief.

Conditions of entry

  • You must be a current Deakin Business School student
  • Postgraduate (Master, Grad Diploma/Cert) and Undergraduate* (Bachelor) students all welcome to apply
  • Weighted Average Mark 70+

*Undergraduate students ideally in 3rd year completing level 3 units.

How to apply

Submit an expression of interest by 5pm Wednesday 18 June 2025 via the application form.
