Active April
It’s no secret that daily exercise has multiple benefits for our health and wellbeing, but we get it – life as a student is busy and it’s easy to let our fitness fall by the wayside.
But, by making small changes to your day which get you moving more, you can make big improvements to your physical and mental health. It is important we all aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise every day, whether you engage in a structured sport or activity or incidental movement, such as walking more around campus.
In the spirit of encouraging everyone to move more for better health, we’re hosting a range of free Get Active April activities online and on campus to help you reach at least 30 minutes of movement each day and establish healthy habits. Give it a try and see how you feel by the end of the month!
