Your mental health
Mental health encompasses your emotions, your state of mind and how you experience the world. It's a spectrum, and it's normal to have times when you are feeling mentally healthy – with a positive outlook and the ability to cope with life's challenges – as well as times when you are feeling more fragile and need some support.
What we offer
-
A healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body for your overall wellbeing and study success.
-
It's simple: reach out to someone and see how they're going. A conversation could change a life.
-
October is the time to normalise mental health, learn about self-care and seek help if you need it.
-
Your health is unique and complex. From self-checks to hormones, PMS to menopause, our resources will empower you.
