Deakin Abroad – University Partner International programs
A Trimester Abroad offers you the global learning opportunity at one of the many partner universities Deakin has an agreement with, for either one or two trimesters. With more than 200 partner universities all over the world, you have a great range to choose from
Short Term Partner Programs are intensive global learning options to progress your degree during the June/July break and T3. These two- to six-week programs are offered by Deakin’s partner universities or approved hosts. These programs can count towards electives or matched units within your course - past programs include Psychology in the Netherlands, Healthcare in the UK, Law in Denmark or Finance in China.

Global Experiential Learning (GEL) engages all Deakin students through Work Integrated Learning (WIL), Social Impact Programs and our High Achieving Series in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas. Make yourself stand out on the job market while gaining course credit as you try one (or more) of our programs. GEL programs are typically of 2-4 weeks’ duration. They are run twice a year: over the June/July inter-trimester break and during the November-February (T3) period.
