Health and wellbeing for international students

Staying healthy can help you succeed. At Deakin, international students are eligible for free health checks, which are conducted on campus by a qualified Bupa nurse. Health checks run for 30 minutes, are confidential and you receive a personal results booklet to take away. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions about your health.

Please note, international student health checks have been paused until further notice due to COVID-19(coronavirus).

If you need other advice or support while studying in Australia, your first point of contact is an International Student Adviser (ISA). If an ISA is unable to assist you, they can refer you on to someone who can. Read more about ISAs.
