Healthy Minds

This webinar is designed to build awareness of the importance of good mental health and explains how you can improve, and maintain, your wellbeing while at university. In the session we will look at how circumstances, study practices, and lifestyle habits can impact our mental health and outline the important markers of mental health, including social connections, and provide practical strategies for developing support systems and seeking help when needed.

Mental Health in Uncertain Times

This webinar explores how times of great uncertainty impact us and takes a practical and proactive approach to help you adapt, build resilience, and maintain your mental health with flexible thinking and emotional regulation.  It also outlines how to help limit anxiety contagion, which is a significant threat during times of uncertainty.

Succeeding at Uni Through Mindfulness

In this webinar we explore the various pressures that university students experience, and that may contribute to higher levels of anxiety, such as exams, assignment deadlines and delivering presentations, and what you can do to better manage these. In the session you will learn practical solutions to develop mindfulness, guided imagery, and controlled breathing techniques as well as practical grounding techniques to assist you if you experience stress prior to conducting a presentation.
